Cybernetica is a private research and development company, original equipment manufacturer, and solutions provider in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). We aim at the development of knowledge intensive information technology-related products and services competitive in the world market.

Over the years, based on investment in research and development and long-term experience of the team, a substantial knowledge base has been created, the tangible results being demonstrated by a wide range of data security products, visual navigation, signalling and telematics systems, and application software.

• Under the trademark of EKTA , Cybernetica's sales of visual navigation, signalling, and telematics systems have been particularly successful in the international market (Great Britain, the Netherlands, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Singapore, USA etc).
• In order to market data security products, a new company - AS Privador was established in April 2000 by the Cybernetica, private persons and risk capital. Cybernetica´s shareholding in Privador is 11.05%. On September 28, 2004 the IT Grupp obtained the whole security products business division of the Privador AS through sales- contract concluded between the companies.
